Medicaid and W-2
W-2 is Wisconsin's welfare reform program which replaced the old AFDC program.

Medicaid has not changed with W-2.

You may be able to get Medicaid even if you are not in W-2.

W-2 has a five-year limit on benefits. Medicaid has no time limits.

Medicaid does not have a 60-day residency requirement like W-2.

W-2 income does not count for Medicaid.
