Fall 2010 Training Dates Announced
Legal Action of Wisconsin’s Volunteer Lawyers Project announced the dates for the
2010 Fall Training programs. Training programs will be held November 2-4, in Madison,
at the American Family Training Center, and November 10-12, in Pewaukee at the WT Anderson
Education Center at Waukesha County Technical College. The schedule for specific
topics will be posted here when the schedule is complete. Registration information
will be sent to lawyers throughout Legal Action’s 39-county service area in early September.
THE DETAILS
Legal Action of Wisconsin, Inc. sponsors a Wisconsin qualifying
continuing legal education program throught the Volunteer Lawyers Project. The programs are free to attorneys
licensed in Wisconsin who commit to participate in Legal Action of Wisconsin, Inc.'s
Volunteer Lawyers Project. Attorneys can earn more than 30 CLE credits. The
Ethics program, offered only to active VLP participants, will satisfy the specific ethics requirement.
The Manuals
Registration for any of the training programs includes one copy of the manual
for that program. Additional copies may be available for purchase after
training is completed. Contact the VLP at vlp@legalaction.org or call

New VLP attorneys or attorneys who have never accepted a case will be able to get copies of the
materials once they accept a case or participate in intake in the coming year.
